Modern design. Cozy. Air conditioner works well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I called in midnight and they answered and fixed everything immediately. The breakfast is so good even with fresh baked cake.

So kind, polite, helpful person welcomed us! The bus stop for Venice is just 100 meters from the property, room was big enough, very nice and clean. There have parking lots in the yard of the house, which is very convenient.

We liked it so much here during our stay in Mestre. Everything is close, to the train station you will need 5 minutes, restaurants and stores also. Room is spacious with everything you need. If you are coming with a car, there is available public parking, 0.80€/hour 8-13h and 15-20h, Sundays are free. Highly recommend 10/10

Everything was just perfect! The hotel is located close to the railway station and is 10 minutes away from Venice by bus. You have lots of supermarkets nearby, restaurants, souvenir shops, tabaquerias and bus stations. Before staying here, I read reviews saying that the area didn't seem safe. As a female who traveled alone and got to the hotel after 10 p.m. every night, I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about. The staff was welcoming and provided tips on how to get around the area. I also received 2 complimentary bottles of water and a can of Pepsi. That was very kind on their part! The room is spacious and looks exactly as in the photos. You have a thermostat in the room, that is easy to use and in the colder days, you can make sure it is exactly the temperature you prefer. The only "downside" is that now I have to return home to my mattress that will seem firm compared to the one here. I slept like a baby!

Perfect place for a couple. Large spacious room with a really nice bed. Right in the centre of Mestre, if you are looking for a place outside of the crowds in Venice, just 15-20 min bus ride to there. The host was really good of letting us check-in a bit earlier and then check-out a bit later.
