I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, showcasing great taste in decor. Excellent stay in Florence at this hotel. The communication via whatsapp was really helpful - we used the valet service for our hire car which was explained really well and made arriving to the hotel really easy. The room was in immaculate condition and was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed, spacious storage and TV with netflix etc. The best part about the hotel is the location - it is super central and close to most landmarks etc. but isn't too loud at night time. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

The accomodation was in a very nice building, everything was clean, the staff was super nice!! We really appreciate little breakfast baskets which we did not expect at all. Also free coffee in a common area along with fully equipped kitchen.

It's unique, we got the suite and it is really spacious. We got every thing we need to cut salary the wine opener every thing is working fine. The common area is also really nice and give a very unique house vibe of italy. It is located in a very strategic area and it’s really close to go anywhere. Overall we had a good stay, but the best of experience was meeting Mario himself. He is the best and funniest guy in Italy that we have ever met.

    Quiet and so peaceful but so close (3 minutes) to the Duomo and therefore the rest of this city’s beautiful centre. Patrick is a great host and wet loved the feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel. Our room was enormous and full of character. A totally unique stay.
