Luckily all the hotels were full booked so I could find this gem ! Magnificent location , the beach is minutes away . Catherine is a brilliant hostess , her smile and chats are beyond amusing. Defo will be there whenever am in Waterford area.

The location is great, the whole town centre is within walking distance. It also offers parking for guests. It's a very peaceful neighbourhood. The host was super kind and helpful, she had good suggestions for activities by season. The rooms were spatious, cozy and clean. The breakfast was very yummy with a nice choice. It was a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was great! The location was great. The property has beautiful gardens & is next to a cow pasture. It is very peaceful. The host is lovely! We had a very comfortable king sized bed. It was great!
