Everything was perfect. Sam was very responsive host and accommodated us very well. It's lovely place right in center of town with a car park at the site. Newly refurbished property with plenty of artistic touches. I would love to stay here in the future if I visit Cobh. Wish you all the best to Sam and his brother.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Even though the majority of sites were up the steep hills, we walked to them. We were in the little guest house behind the house. There was no view of the water, but the garden area was very nice. It was small but lovely. Very private. The bed was comfy. The fresh home baked croissants were delicious.

The place was old style on the outside but modern inside & has been well maintained. Everything was very clean. The bedroom was very roomy, cosy & comfortable with a private bathroom. Had use of the lounge room & kitchen when needed. The host Bernard was easy to get in touch with when needed & responded quickly.

Great location, close to the center, by the river. Comfortable room. Good choices for breakfast, I loved their porridge. Private parking. Helpful staff.

This lovely Victorian building is in quiet, private walled gardens and is 3 km from Cork city centre, with buses stopping outside the door.

The atmosphere in the place is really nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The girls were very kind and willing to help on anything. Delicious Breakfasts with a really nice view. The location is a bit far from the centre but with a really good connection by bus. Bus stop is just in front of the door.
