Spacious appartement with kitchenette and nice terras. A lot of lovely kitties 😍 The host was very friendly and gave us a bottle local wine, which is a nice gesture (the irony is that there was no bottle opener in the kitchen)

Great studios in the heart of Kavos but away from busy and noisy main street.. Owner always there and willing to help if necessary . Clean linen and towels every couple of days. Good wifi. AC comes with extra price but was not necessary in June. Mosquitoes, a big issue but with some repellent on you and in the room and no problema . .Water pressure is good and hot water always available

One of the best and most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The host and her family were incredibly kind and helpful. Even their long-time guests were warm and willing to assist. Great location on a sandy beach. The most beautiful sunset I've ever seen and the water is shallow and warm, great for small children. The apartment is clean and confortable. Good wifi. Great hospitality from Petrakis family. I definitely recomend it and will come back.

The room was very fresh and was just what we expected due to the pictures. The hosts were also very helpful during the whole trip and recommended us to rent a car to explore the island, which we did and it was amazing. Since the price for the Guesthouse was very cheap, we had plenty of budget to spend on activities such as a boat rental, and daily cruise to see Sivota and the blue lagoon. My girlfriend and I did not realise Kavos was a party town, but since we spent all time exploring Korfu it did not bother us at all, and the Big Max Guesthouse was the absolute best alternative for us.
