Exceptional value, I paid 50GEL for a double bedroom with attached bath AND balcony. The balcony and bathroom are both spacious. Extremely clean and well maintained. Was able to park my bicycle in the lobby or balcony. Hot shower works very well and quickly. Rooms heater can be turn on which is useful option. Large well equipped pantry area with living area. Indian restaurant is just 150m down the hill. Able to stop marshrutka almost in front of premise.

The name says it is a hotel, but you actually feel like home with your family. Our Host Lado is absolutely amazing, he’s got some kind of superpower, with it he can organise everything you want in Gudauri area in couple minutes. Hostess and her kitchen are mindblowing, lots of georgian flavours, her kindness, and heart putting into what her do makes this place 100% complete. Rooms are comfy, and very clean. Living room area with fire place and stunning views makes you feel like in fairy tale. After a whole day on the slopes, you can count on a warm sauna to relax!

I loved the host’s and staff’s friendliness. They opened up even more after my having tried a few words and phrases of Georgian on them, which led to them offering me a couple of glasses of their homemade cognac, saying that after three glasses I’d become fluent in their language... The facilities, rooms and furniture are simple yet modern. The dinner and breakfast are freshly prepared, plenty and quite tasteful. I loved the view from the balcony - the unobstructed panorama is breathtaking! დიდი მადლობა!

Everything was perfect, very clean and modern. I second someone else’s comment that this is the best shower I’ve had so far in Georgia! Spacious and clean room, private bathroom, private parking inside the gate, access to a common kitchen and possibility to use a washing machine (10 lari). Great location to explore the area by car.

Very kind and lovely Guesthose for fair price. Sure it is next to the street and from time to time you here car's but it isn't a problem. It was super clean and the owner is very lovely. I can recommend it definitely.

The cottage is made by the hosts themselves and they did an amazing job. Every detail is excellent. They greeted us like dearest friends and made our stay immensely pleasant.
