We had a great stay there. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom is excellent with hot water. It's not far from the city centre. We highly recommend the breakfast which was so delicious and so big. They nicely kept our bags while doing the Ushguly trek. We will come back here next time.

We stayed 3 nights with our family in two rooms with a bathroom. Very good location 5 mins from city center while on on the main road, there is a bakery around the corner and street food available. Very hospitable host Tea took care of us like a family, arranged all our travel and transfer and saved us quite some money versus purchasing this from taxi drivers. All the apartment house is rather new and all rooms have access to a well equipped kitched and a washing machine. There is heating in rooms, nice bathroom with hot water, quick wifi.

A lovely terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view. The rooms each offer their own glimpse of the mountains. It’s a bit of an uphill walk from the city center, but perfect if you want to hike up to the cross nearby. The host was kind, and communication was easy with the help of a translator. Free tea and coffee were a nice touch, and the kitchen, while simply equipped, had what I needed. Beds were comfy and everything was clean.

The accommodation is in a family home, everything is authentic. We stayed in the attic room with the glass ceiling and terrace, a unique experience. Fresh linen, cleanliness and private bathroom will ensure all the comfort. The hosts are very welcoming and warm, they help you with everything you need. Breakfast and dinner were very good, with products from their own home. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view, everything green and in the distance the snowy mountains, it was the most beautiful accommodation in Georgia. We communicated very well with Davit, he gave us information about the condition of the roads and about the mountains and trails. Congratulations on what you managed there with your wonderful family! Thank you for everything! Ahh, and I almost forgot, thank you for the very good house wine!
