This is a great hotel. Very nice rooms with balconies and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its not breakfast here but easy to get breakfast at the place right next door if you dont want to go down to central Minca. I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our two night stay at El Refugio and would recommend it. The hotel is well located in Minca, only a few minute walk from center but far enough to not be affected by noise pollution. There is an amazing view from rooftop terrace and two terraces with a pool, hammocks and a restaurant. The room was basic, but well equipped, we had an additional bed that we could use to sort out stuff. There is a small fridge and air conditioning in the room. The bathroom was working well, water was warm.

The heartwarming welcome that the entire team gave to my partner and me. This attitude continued during our entire stay and I can't stress enough how much we appreciated their genuine interest and care for our wellbeing and for providing us with a truly unforgettable stay. Diana and her colleagues are incredible people and I sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to visit their extraordinary hotel again one day. The place is an oasis of hospitality, our room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable with a great private shower and an incredible bed. The food that the restaurant offers is very tasty and carefully prepared. I loved every single second of our 3 days stay!
