The heartwarming welcome that the entire team gave to my partner and me. This attitude continued during our entire stay and I can't stress enough how much we appreciated their genuine interest and care for our wellbeing and for providing us with a truly unforgettable stay. Diana and her colleagues are incredible people and I sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to visit their extraordinary hotel again one day. The place is an oasis of hospitality, our room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable with a great private shower and an incredible bed. The food that the restaurant offers is very tasty and carefully prepared. I loved every single second of our 3 days stay!

Felix is a super great host! It is not the typical hotel, it is like staying with a family. I used it mostly, to visit the Tayrona national park. Felix and his friends were super helpful about planning everything, for taking the bus and keeping some stuff, while I was hiking in the park. The bus is just leaving two minutes away from the place and just costs 8000 COP, for go to the park. For me it was an amazing stay, Felix and his friends are super friendly and so helpful and flexible!

Location is great- just one block to the beach to watch sunset and around 10 mins walk into the throng of Santa Marta (so nice and quiet and not far from the action). Rooms are very comfortable (also great pillows!) and kitchen facilities are open to guests. Great breakfast included. Nicholas and Andrea are very welcoming (and speak excellent English) and make the place feel like a home away from home.

There is a huge chilling area outside, swimming pool, hammocks, big kitchen and even a terrace. The staff was really helpful and polite. It's a very safe place, 24hours reception and the dorms are comfortable each one has his one bathroom and not a lot of beds in the same room.
