The location is excellent, close to all the scenic spots. There is a courtyard that I really like. The front desk staff are very helpful. I'm very satisfied with this trip

I stayed here with my wife and really enjoyed the nights here. The facilities and the room exceded my expectations. The room was spacious with a sofa for drinking tee while looking at the City Wall. The bathroom was hight-end in everything. We also made use of the laundry room to wash our clothes. It was for free. Also, I want to highlight the attention of the staff with us. They booked taxis (cheap) and made some reservations for us. The front desk is open basically 24/7 despite what is stated in booking with regards to the check-in hours.

East Coast Coffee Inn is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Xi'an, 4 km from Xi'an City Wall and 4.7 km from Drum Tower.

We had the best time at East Coast Coffee Inn. The owners are the sweetest people! We had a delay in our flight and they stayed up till very late at night just to make sure that everything was okay with us and that we were fine. They helped us to book tickets for the main attractions, gave us advice on what to see, and were so kind that we really were sorry to leave so soon. We stayed in a bunk bed room for 4 but we also had a glimpse of other rooms and they all looked so nice! The mattresses are futon but comfortable even for people who are not used to it. We felt so welcomed, we really hope to one day come back for a longer stay! Super recommended :)

The location. The room - a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room. The rooftop overlooking the walls (we couldn't get enough of that view, morning and night). The owner, Linda - she let us leave our luggage there on departure day, invited us to tea and had a very interesting conversation with us! We'll definitely be back!

The best staff by far in our China trip for now. They help us with transport (talked with Chinese so we didn’t get scammed) , even booked activities for us like terracota warriors. They are always available 24h with a smile. Breakfast is really good, we recommend the Chinese one, tasty and healthy specially the vegetable sandwich. The rooms where clean and very spacious. Also location is great. Next to various touristic spots, like human street…
