The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and our friend. The host was amazing from the minute we arrived. He helped us plan our routes for the avatar mountains. Everyday they gave us different fruit and teas to try. They looked after all our laundry free of charge and wouldn't take a tip! 10000/10 customer care! Honestly the nicest people. I would definitely go back ☺️

The hotel is located in the city center. It has convenient access to all attractions. We also had a very good contact with the staff which was very helpful and helped us with tickets to the park. Extra cafe downstairs at the reception is great :)

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

房间干净，地点方便，老板非常热心，还会招待早餐店早点，下回去张家界天门山肯定再住这 The location is very convenient and the room is very clean. The boss is very hospitality and happy to help guests 😀 He even treat you breakfast at store anything you want to order. I would like to visit again when I come to Tianmen Shan next time.

10/10- Amazing stay near the airport with fantastic hospitality!​​ This B&B is perfect if you need easy access to the airport—just minutes away! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. The room was beautiful, with lovely local touches that made our stay extra special. Clean and comfortable room. Fully equiped (soap, towel, water, heating,...). Very good location, next to the cable car of Tianmen. Lots of restaurants around. Mr Huang is very nice and caring and will give you informations for visiting Tianmen mountains. Possible to store your luggage after check out.
