AustraliaLa Frontera is a beautiful place to stay in Cochamó valley. It is situated on the river and walking distance from the start of the trail to La Junta. The place itself is cosy, comfortable and completely solar powered. Paula and Pavel were great hosts and generous with recommendations about the area. Breakfast and pizzas were delicious!

AustriaWe had an excellent stay at the Las Bandurrias Eco Hostal. The hostal located at a plateau above Cochamo offered a beautiful view from our room and the terrace to the Reloncavi estuary and the surrounding volcanoes. After a long day on the road we were happy to find a warm and cozy place. Our spaceous room with a private bathroom was very clean as well as the shared kitchen facilities. Ignacio was such a wonderful and caring host. He was very flexible in order to prepare an excellent full early breakfast at 6:00 am as we had to leave early for a hiking tour. He also provide great support in order to organize gasoline for our rental car from a neighbour.
