Lipton Place is a lovely old style house overlooking the waterfront with a lot of original features, my room in unit 3 had a very comfortable bed with ensuite plus a door leading into a shared balcony to the rear which was nice & cool as north facing, though other rooms had the view & balconies looking over the waterfront The place was spotless and the room had air conditioning, coffee machine on half landing, a washing machine plus dryer on the rooms landing The owner Lipton is a very good host I would definitely stay there again in Victoria 10/10

The suite was perfect for our planned activities. The host offered us locations for bike storage after inquiry. The suite was clean, modern, and comfortable. Communication was prompt. Access to location was easy, thanks to Google, and parking was included. I definitely recommend if you need a home base to explore Victoria and area. Having a washing machine and dryer was a blessing seeing how we explored the area on bike. Having clean gear made exploring easy and... refreshing. :)

Easy check-in, very clean house and a spectacular view of the bay and Victoria. It's absolutely worth the brief ride from Downtown Victoria! We had direct access from our room to the terrace and enjoyed the warm and sunny days in the lounge chairs right in front of our room. The hosts were very kind and friendly, the dog is adorable and they prepared a very nice breakfast upstairs on another terrace overseeing the bay.

WOW what a great little hideaway in Central Saanich. We were perfectly located to visit Victoria to the South. Sidney to the East and up Island to Nanaimo. On our arrival we were greeted by a warm toasty fireplace going along with a selection of goodies to enjoy. There were also toiletries and other supplies we could use. Nothing was a problem for Robyn our host to help make our stay even more special. This was my friend and mine’s first holiday together and having Robyn’s house feel like home was a blessing. Robyn left us fresh eggs and strawberries in the fridge along with cute little notes telling us how much she enjoys hosting us for the eight days of our holiday. Robyn shared with us all her favourite spots to visit along with us enjoying a wine at her camp site at Island View Beach. Only a few minutes drive from our room, which is a must do while you are staying here. My friend and I enjoyed quite a few sunsets and sunrises at this beach which is filled with driftwood and many structures have been created out of the massive amount of driftwood on this beach. Robyn allowed us time to spend with the chickens in the back yard and even a bbq was available for our use. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the small but adequate kitchen and the drip coffee maker was a delight. We enjoyed the closeness of The Butterfly Farm and Butchart Gardens. Our days were full of adventure, enjoying the drive coming back to our little home away from home each night. Robyn you are a real gem and offering us your home to share was a delightful experience and cannot wait to visit again. Highly recommended with value for money and a wonderful experience on Vancouver Island.

Absolutely perfect stay! This brand-new home has everything — stunning ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, spotless rooms, and even a spa overlooking the sea. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh towels to hot pot gear! The patio BBQ with ocean view was unforgettable, and the host’s kindness made it feel like home. We were the first guests — and we already can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

The individual suites are lovingly furnished and equipped to a high standard. Every detail is established with such a good taste and you can feel the love and joy of Darren, for what he is offering and doing for his guests, he really is an amazing and wonderful host and person. Unfortunately we only could stay for two nights but we will come back for sure. We can warmly recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thank you soo much for your hospitality, Darren! Julia was extremely helpful in giving us local information and helpful tips to the property and area. The view was stunning out the window towards the bay! Deer and bunnies nibbled on grass right outside the windows. The indoor space was huge and very accommodating for work or relaxing!
