The food was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was very cozy and had great views to the mountains in the horizon. After our stay we had a tour around the farm (as it was a low season, there was such a possibility). Both, dinner and breakfast were authentic and delicious.

This is a place where you want to spend time, not just sleep - a truly authentic albanian experience. Marjana and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming. Our little daughter fell in love with her and spent every possible moment by her side. Yet if you prefer privacy, the guesthouse is well separated and peaceful. Marjana is a beautiful and generous Albanian woman who prepares the most amazing breakfasts, using local and seasonal ingredients. The location is perfect — close to the famous Mrizi i Zanave restaurant, Koman Lake, and Shkodër. If you’re seeking the real Albania, far from tourist resorts, this is the place for you. Here, you’ll experience genuine Albanian hospitality and the soul of the countryside. We would love to return one day — and when we do, we’ll definitely come back to BabaNu.

There are two rooms for guests. Each room has a separate kitchen that’s very convenient, because after cooking there are no smells in the bedroom. I saw a comment in the reviews, that the shower pressure is low, all the hotels Radisson have exactly the same water pressure, but the price per night is completely different… I have long, thick hair and I didn’t have any problems with the shower 🚿 The internet connection is perfect 👍 Everything is purest. Mimosa and her family are very friendly, tactful and hospitable. They sent us vegetables and fruits (you can see my photo). We felt like we were visiting our family 🥰 We had a really great time in the house! Thank you and best wishes from Switzerland 😘

I head a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The place was very clean, cozy and cimfortable. The host were incredibly kind and helpful, always available for anything I needed.
