Dan the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spot on, with everything you need, spacious and lovely terrace to sit on overlooking the garden Beautiful Plenty of sockets and large fridge Fresh coffee a bonus 3 minute walk to the beach Good restaurant across the road plus minimarket. Lovely cleaning lady who thoughtfully leftt outside light on for me 1st night !!

It was close to everything you need, beaches(Ao Kao and Ao Suan Yai), restaurants, minimarts, coffee shops, bars and so on. The room was compact and simple, but there were everything you need, a fridge, a fan, an air-con, clothes racks, a water tap to clean your feet and also a bench in front of the room. The bed wasn't too hard for me, but it depends on people's preference. There were the rental scooter service and minimart on site.The owner was fine. They offered a free ride from the pier and to the pier. For overall, it was worth the money.
