Soon after I sat at a table I was served by an ample sort of food. Local fruits, ham, cheeze, and more. I tried several kinds of brewed tea. For those that love lemon, I suggest to try the Chalela tea :). The location is slightly away from the city center, about 5 minutes from car. This both gave me a calm area for sleep and relaxation, and made it quick to get there whenever I needed, which suited my needs perfectly.

Amazing property, helpful hosts, nice pool. We were met at the airport, so fully recommend this hotel to other guests. Pleasant breakfast for additional price.

I would highly recommend staying at Sweet Guesthouse. I stayed for one night. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. The guesthouse also arranged an airport collection for me and the driver was waiting for me with a sign. This was such great value for money and I will be recommending to anyone I meet who is planning to travel to Sao Tome.

It includes amenities such as a Smart TV, a small fridge, air conditioning, and excellent Wi-Fi. The area around the hotel is generally safe, but it is located in a low-income neighbourhood of the city called Chácara.

Ocean View Guesthouse está ubicado frente al mar, en São Tomé, y tiene un jardín. La casa de huéspedes ofrece estacionamiento privado gratis y wifi gratis. Location was wonderful. Laurindo took care of the transfers as it is impossible to use a rental car to get there, and took us, for a fee, to town for dinner one night. There was no charge for our transfer from and to the airport. Laurendino also took us to a supermarket before taking us to the Ocean View. One needs to get groceries. He also was kind to arrange two boat trips to Goat Island. We were lucky to have the whole Guesthouse including the kitchen for ourselves. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Laurendino!
