Facilities are new and strictly no smoking in rooms and hallway so you wont smell any cigarette. They have roof top if you want to smoke. Location is just few minutes away from known tourist destinations and few walks from market and restaurants. Value for money compare to other hotels plus free parking. Cleanliness was good i never see or smell any old garbage. Staff all were so friendly and helpful. Plus they have a wonderful Taal lake view that you can see from your room and balcony. I highly recommend this place and definitely will stay here again when we come back in few months.

This was the most amazing place we've ever stayed!! You must stay here as this family that runs this place are absolute gems, & after only 2 days they have made us feel like we are their family!!! They had a Birthday party for their brother & included us & all the guests like we were their own! They wait on you hand & foot & help in every way possible. We would live with them if we could! Everything was perfect & far above what we could of ever imagined! We couldn't recommend this place enough & can't wait to come back & stay again! i know this will be the highlight of our trip here for sure! You will not be disappointed I promise! Its the perfect spot close to the town & yet far enough away from the noise & craziness of the town. So peacefull & like a little spot of tropical paradise! We will miss all of them until we return! The location is gorgeous, tucked away at the end of the beach in a quiet location with a gorgeous bay view. The owners are a lovely couple who have poured their heart and soul into making and sharing this special location. We didn't expect this last stop of on our journey to be our favourite. Gorgeous little cottages that have been thoughtfully constructed to the finest details in the bathroom and amazing use of sail material for the walls. A great team including the surf teachers who are on site. In our five stays on the island, this location, hotel and team were hands-down our favourite. Keep up the great work guys, you have made something special that we already miss!
