Hospitality from the owners are incredible! Thanks for everything! The house, the room is exactly as on the photos. The restaurant is amazing! Cats are lovely! We are perfectly satisfied with everything. Kitchen was well equipped, bed is comfy, internet worked well. Hot water in the bathroom is a big pro!

We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

La Loma Jungle Lodge and Chocolate Farm ofrece vistas al mar y se encuentra en Isla Bastimentos, a 10 km de la localidad de Bocas. EXTRAORDINARIO!!! Una experiencia única!!! Difícil de resumir! Fui con mi familia: mis dos hijas de 8 y 10 años y sus abuelos de 70 años. Para mis hijas fue increíble (si tuvieran que escoger entre viajar a Disney o a las Lomas me dijeron que no sabrían que elegir!) La comida un lujo! De primera calidad: nunca alcancé a tener hambre entre comidas y el nivel es totalmente Gourmet, de primer nivel!!! Las cabañas son impecables y el sonido de la selva al dormir es increíble. Con mis papás teníamos aprehensión por las escaleras, pero la verdad es que con paciencia no tuvieron ningún problema, sin duda, el esfuerzo es altamente recompensado. Está todo muy bien pensado. Las personas que trabajan ahí son una verdadera familia. Hicimos varios tours. Para llegar a la playa Red Frogs son solo 5 minutos en bote. Si estás pensando en ir no lo dudes más! Estuvimos 6 días y alcanzamos a disfrutar el lugar y realmente conectarnos con la naturaleza. Imposible aburrirse…

Casa Acuario Boutique Hotel está ubicado en Bocas del Toro, a a pocos pasos de Playa Carenero, y ofrece servicio de conserjería, habitaciones hipoalergénico, zona de playa privada, wifi gratis y un... everything! the house owner Mandy was very helpful in every aspect, very friendly, very attentive, etc. We had a great time while staying there, and the location is paramount to do things in a short time window. I went there with a pregnant wife so that was important for us. The noise of the boats wasn't an issue at all by the way! Hope you guys are doing great!

Hotel Tierra Verde Bed and Breakfast está ubicado en Bocas del Toro y tiene una pileta al aire libre, jardín, zona de playa privada y terraza. I had a great time at this place! The island is perfect located close to the main island if you like to join the more crowded area, but its nice to turn back to this more laid back and calm island after that. From the main island its very easy to get transport to other islands. For me as a solo traveller this was the perfect location for my travel on Bocas del Toro. Edgar is a great person and he runs his business with heart and soul. You can feel that. I had some troubles with my room and he arranged directly an other room for me. Its clean and the breakfast is good (fruits, coffee, toasts jam and eggs). The hotel is surrounded by nature sounds of birds and other animals. It was a paradise for me! Good value for the price you pay too. Staff is very friendly too

Garden Rooms está ubicado en Bocas del Toro, a 8 minutos a pie de Playa El Istmito, y tiene un jardín, habitaciones libre de humo y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Todo nos gustó mucho, súper limpio, la ubicación es excelente todo cerca, inclusive un supermercado en la esquina. Las habitaciones con amplio espacio. Las personas que trabajan ahí ademas del dueño Benson son súper amables, los tour que ellos mismos nos reservaron antes de llegar también! 100% recomendable todo!

Pineapple House está ubicado en Bocas del Toro, a 13 minutos a pie de Playa El Istmito, y ofrece alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado, salón compartido y una terraza. Me gustó que las instalaciones funcionaban muy bien, la ducha tenía buena presión y agua caliente, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, la amabilidad de Mabel y sus recomendaciones nos sirvieron un montón!

Beverly's Hill Guest House está ubicado en Bocas del Toro y tiene un jardín, terraza y wifi gratis. El alojamiento ofrece vista al jardín. This lovely place is located on the island of Bastimentos, less than 15 minutes away from the main island by speed boat. It has great views of the ocean from any of the cabinas! I had the best view from my private cabina with a private bathroom. I loved the abundance of fruit trees available (starfruit, banana 🍌, coconut 🥥). My cabina was spacious, and I love having windows 🪟; there were 3 in my cabina, and one was over the bed that opened completely to the freshness of nature. Simon is very nice and welcoming. He helped me tremendously when I needed a little cash until I got back to the mainland. He was attentive to other requested needs of fixing the plumbing and cleaning the kitchen when I suggested it. Simon suggested I visit Playa Estrella by bus, which was very affordable ($5 round trip). It was a lovely day spent there, and I saw 6 starfish. I ate the best meal of the five nights I spent in Bocas - the best red snapper of my life, and I could actually taste the coconut milk in the Caribbean rice & beans with a nice fresh salad 😋 from the first restaurant after you exit the bus 🚌. I love Florindo, the maintenance guy! He was very helpful to me with whatever I needed. If you see a Jamaican lady (Chi-chi) selling Plantain tarte from her porch, you should try some. She's kept her grandmother's original recipe, and it's been the best I've ever eaten. She only makes them a couple of times a week, so get it when you see her. Also, there's an Indian woman who you may find sitting at the bridge near the Jamaican's home selling coco bread; it is also delicious 😋. I wished I'd bought the entire pack.
