I had early mornings and I could rest well here, I did take earplugs in case there would be noise from the neighbourhood, but for me it was not bothering (I did visit in low season). The room only had a fan, but to me it was okay to sleep with, although it can get a bit hot. Ivan was wonderful, he was kind and he has great knowledge of the area (I did not have the time to take more excursions, but he can help you with anything). He was also really reachable and helped me with the door even early in the morning. There are some cats around in the garden, which for me was a plus, they are really sweet!

The guest house has a picnic area and a hot tub. I would stay here again. It is very quiet except for the roosters in the morning. Moises the host is very nice and helpful. It is a bit further away from the center but you can therefore find cheaper places to eat.

Carlos and his crew/buddies are incredibly welcoming; i felt like a member of the family during my stay. Cabo Pulmo is a few minutes down the road. Hiking around the property provides for exceptional views. Stargazing is awesome. Purified water is provided. I will stay again anytime I visit Cabo Pulmo. He is building out a hostel and dive center on his property as well. There is great AC in the apartments too.
