The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from Xaghra Square and the Ggantija Temple complex. Catching a Bolt to any part of the island is smooth and convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and huge! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even decorating the room for my birthday. Overall- a fantastic stay and we hope to be back!

Giancarlo was a great host. Super nice and lots of good advice and recommendations. 2. I had the smaller room with a shared bathroom. But it was shared with Giancarlo, so it was always clean ... almost like having all to myself. 3. Overall, very comfortable and conveniently located. If I visit Gozo again, will stay here again.

Run by 2 sisters, Maria Giovanna Guest House takes its name from their mother and grandmother who managed the property before them. One of the sisters is a pastry chef and prepares homemade cakes for breakfast each morning. I loved everything! Sonia, Anna and Joseph were the best. Welcoming and warm. Their guesthouse smelled of sunshine & laughter. The atmosphere made me fall in love with Gozo from the first night. The location is perfect. Marsalforn is very central and the bus is literally 10 steps away. Bolt is a call away! I enjoyed my stay to bits and I am definitely going back. Grazzi hafna 🌞
