It is very authentic and well preserved. You wouldn't believe there's a medina right outside the door, it was so peaceful! Meryem and her crew were amazing. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Got us a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. Liaised with the driver who took us to Chefchaouen. Always had copious amounts of mint tea available. The day we checked out, kept our luggage so we could wander around for some last-minute tours. I don't know how they managed it, the riad was always full but we felt like the only guests...that's how personalised the service was. Thank you guys, will definitely be back!

They spoke excellent English and gave us tips on what to see in the city! The breakfast was also delicious, the room super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d be happy to come back should I be in Fes again!

The perfect location for Fez. Very nice amd helpful staff. Cozt and clean rooms. Everything was perfect.
