Featuring a garden and views of garden, Azukiya is a recently renovated guest house located in Kyoto, 700 metres from Shoren-in Temple. A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. Beautiful traditional building with plenty of space and facilities for our family of 6. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely stay in the Ryokan.

She even gave me a ride to Kyoto Station on my last day and always checked on me daily to see how I was. Very kind family. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I had a warm welcome. The rules are explained to me very clearly. I had a personal locker, which was large. The bed was quite comfy too. The facilities are very clean, Owners are great people and good communicators. Please ask them about what to do/see/taste in Kyoto, since they are very knowledgeable about the topic. Will stay again the next time I am in Kyoto.
