They were simply amazing. Kind and caring staff. I was having trouble under the rain while visiting the town centre and the owner called me WORRIED that I could get wet and offered to come and pick me up. I’ve travelled around the world and I’ve never met such caring and helpful owners. They agreed to let me check-in later because of the ferry’s timetable and they let me stay 1 hour after check-out after explaining I had a work call in the morning. This will DEFINITELY be my place to stay again if I visit lake Como. Oh and I almost forgot: they have a free beach with amazing water just 50mt distance and the incredible smell of the food coming from the restaurant nearby that they also own will leave you speechless.

The hotel is situated in a quiet, non-touristy area, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of a small Italian town — with its own rhythm of life, culture, and traditions. The absence of crowds made it possible to truly enjoy the peace and quiet, accompanied only by the sound of birdsong. All major attractions are within easy reach, and the area has excellent transport links. It’s easy to get around by train, car, or even by water transport. The hotel itself is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are spotless, with stylish and tasteful interiors. The fresh linens and attention to detail create a warm and welcoming atmosphere — you can really feel the care and heart put into this place. Staying in the room is relaxing and makes you feel right at home. We would especially like to thank the host for their outstanding hospitality. We received detailed recommendations on what to see around Lake Como, how to get around, and where to eat. They were always in touch and ready to help with anything we needed — which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly recommend these apartments to anyone planning a trip to Lake Como. Idealmente ubicado en el distrito de Como City Centre de Como, Aurum - Como Luxury Suites está situado a pocos pasos de Broletto, a 3 minutos a pie de Basilica of San Fedele y a 700 metros de Como... Nos encantó el alojamiento, todo nuevo con mucho estilo, bellísima decoración y el personal de primera, pero además, justo frente al Duomo ¡increíble! Y Beatrice nos Dio atención maravillosa.
