I was really impressed by the modern, super comfortable beds — each with personal lights, power outlets, and curtains for privacy. It felt just like sleeping at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help — they create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A big bonus was the free laundry service, which was a real lifesaver during the trip. The location is excellent: close to everything you need and within easy reach of the beach and city center. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They had created a cozy, calm and clean environment, and all facilities related to cooking and washing clothes were available. Local access to tourist places is good and most of them can be reached by walking for less than 20 minutes.

One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.
