It's super clean the room I had was absolutely comfortable. You can see this accommodation is run with a lot of love and passion. The breakfast is also varied and completely sufficient and of course super delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Within walking distance of Edinburgh city centre, and there’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer not to walk. Parking is available, but spaces are limited, so it’s a good idea to reserve in advance. The staff were lovely and welcoming. One small note: rooms on the higher floors might be a challenge for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are quite steep.
