Situato a 17 km da Aswan High Dam e 24 km da Tombs of the Nobles, King Mina Nubian House mette a disposizione camere a Aswan. Beautiful rooftop where to enjoy the river view, ok rooms, location close to the river where to take the boat. But the best thing was the people working there, who helped us with everything during our trip, from transportation to Aswan to laundry and day-trips to the Nubian Village, and made us love the island. There is a sense of community on the island and especially in the guest house that we will always remember.

Rooms were functional, on the livelier side of Elephantine islands. Great views on the balcony for breakfast. Most importantly, staff were amazing, helpful and welcoming. They provided advice on how to get to main sites in Aswan, helped us secure good prices and booked day trip to Abu Simbel. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return! Thank you again for making our stay on Elephantine very nice and memorable , I was truly overwhelmed by the warmth and hospitality at this place. Ahmed the owner, along with his staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They arranged a car from the airport, and the driver was in touch with me well in advance of my arrival. Despite my late arrival, Ahmed prepared a delicious homemade dinner at a very reasonable price. She also organized a felucca ride on short notice, again at a fair rate. During our conversations, I shared some stories about my family who couldn’t join me on the trip. In a beautiful and thoughtful gesture, Ahmed gave a small gift for my wife and kids — a touching example of Nubian hospitality and culture that really stayed with me. On my first day, her son kindly accompanied me on the ferry to help me get familiar with the area — another thoughtful gesture I really appreciated. Every request I had was taken care of promptly and with genuine care. Do note that the place is located on an island, so you'll need to take a ferry to get in and out. The service is frequent, but it’s something to be aware of when planning. Overall, an exceptional stay with an incredibly kind and generous host family. : They arrange for me all tours around Aswan and Luxor with very reasonable prices I will come back sure

La struttura si trova a circa 24 km da Kitchener's Island, 25 km da Aswan High Dam e 25 km da Museo Nubiano.... La struttura è molto bella, accogliente e pulita. La camera e il bagno sono puliti e spaziosi, il letto comodissimo. Il cibo è ottimo e viene servito su una bellissima terrazza con una vista mozzafiato, dove potersi rilassare. Tamar è una persona molto gentile e premurosa, mi ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con il trasferimento per il Cairo. Mi ha anche organizzato due bellissime escursioni a un ottimo prezzo. Spero di tornare presto, mi sono sentita a casa.

Beautiful house on Elefantine Island. Everything brand new and of good quality. Host Abu picked us up on arrival, organised a free sunset tour (just tip the guide at the end). We also booked transportation to Abu Simbel and Luxor at a very reasonable price through Abu, in very comfortable cars. We were able to use the washing machine for free, there is an equipped kitchen to use. Food is very tasty. Beautiful rooftop restaurant.
