They don't have electrical power, so they use solar panels to provide their guests with electricity and warm water, because of this we felt very lucky and welcome there, since they don't even have a fridge, so they can provide this to their guests. The food is also incredible and they serve very well, with great breakfast. They also were able to provide us transfer and a guide to climb the volcano, who was very kind and help us a lot. We recommend this place if you plan to climb the volcano.

Chez albino guest house está establecido en São Filipe, en la región de Fogo, y cuenta con un balcón y vistas a la ciudad. Stayed here a night and very happy with the choice. The room was clean and cozy and the best thing of course was the balcony facing the ocean...heaven! I sat out there quite a bit, what a view, especially for sunset. A very nice gentleman runs the place and speaks excellent English. Breakfast provided but I left really early so he gave me some coffee plus some hard-boiled eggs to take with me. You can order dinner there, I got a chicken dinner for 700 CVE and it was really good and big portions. The room did not have A/C but I really didn't need it, there is a fan provided and things cool down nicely at night. Great choice and a great value...thank you!
