The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space (including a lockbox, desk and somewhere to hang your clothes). The shower was hot which was a luxury! The location is about 10 min walk to the centre of town (it’s at the top of a fairly steep hill) and there are a few restaurants nearby. Sonia who runs the guesthouse was SO kind - she was really flexible when I was delayed arriving due to illness and was always on hand to answer any questions/help organise trips/transport. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and pleasant stay and people who run it. Warm shower and comfortable beds, all clean and there is a kitchen with the view over the city. Parking behind the house in a big yard. Worth it!

Don Santiago Guesthouse Downtown está ubicado en San Ignacio, a 1,8 km de Cahal Pech, y tiene salón compartido, habitaciones libre de humo y wifi gratis. The staff was very friendly and the room was perfect. We had access to a fridge and coffee in the morning. Hot water and a cold AC. It's definitely worth it for the price. We parked our rental car there and walked to the downtown area, which is very close. We will definitely come back in the future.

Hacienda Tropical Guest House está ubicado en Belmopán, a 43 km de Cahal Pech y a 44 km de Barton Creek Cave. La amabilidad de las chicas es para destacar. Nos sentimos como en casa. Además la comida que ofrecen es muy buena y a un precio razonable. Ubicación inmejorable.

El Rainforest Haven Inn se encuentra en el corazón de San Ignacio, Belice. Ofrece conexión de wifi gratis, terrazas, un salón de belleza y una cocina compartida totalmente equipada. Rainforest Haven Inn was well located to town and the kitchen was well set up and really useful. Shamira was a friendly host, the bedroom was spacious, as is the bathroom and l enjoyed sitting on the swing chair on the front verandah a lot of the time. We also spent a couple of evenings on the roof top verandah which is a lovely man’s new hot sauce and rum tasting business. Would recommend a stay here.

The family who runs the hostel told me interesting insights about the region, and organized tours for me in San Ignacio. A truly welcoming and nice family.
