Sorrounded by crystal clear lake we enjoyed time chilling at the beach, swimming, relaxing in the sauna. There are other water activities offered by the resort available to try out ( sup, jet ski, scuba diving..). Ech minute was well spent. The friendly stuff is always around happy to help, give advice with all the hospitality.

There is a washing machine free to use, a small kitchen, and lake view of Sevan. There are restaurants and small supermarket a short walk away. A taxi to Sevan city or the peninsula is 15 minutes and easy to catch one through yandex. It is an amazing stay for the price.

Dream House was good in every point of view. First, the location was good. From the bus station to the house was very close it just take a time 5 minutes by walking. 2nd, every facility was perfect. The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

The location on Google Maps is incorrect, leading us to a home where a local family kindly helped us. They even drove us to what we thought was the correct address, with their three kids squeezed into the car with their mom and dad. However, once again, we ended up knocking on the wrong door. After an hour and a lot of warm-hearted assistance, we finally arrived at our destination. This experience became a memorable adventure, showing us just how friendly Armenians are. (Tip: Use Yandex Maps in this area. The guest house is the right-hand room on the 3rd floor of the outermost gate.) To our surprise, the interior was modern and well-equipped. The sofa bed, which is usually uncomfortable, was so cozy that we couldn't bring ourselves to get out of it. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook and make coffee. The water pressure was strong, even though the host warned us that the water might be turned off after midnight. Thankfully, that didn't happen during our stay. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the public beach and a five-minute walk to downtown.

The host were a great family who lived next door, which we didn’t expect, they welcomed us as their friends and made our stay there perfect, warm and it felt like home away from home. The kids were happy as they could play with hosts’ kids. Everything was clean, well-thought and cozy.

All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.
