Tamu house is very well located near the roundabout in Paje! It is only a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to get all the goods you need, it's close to many restaurants and street food stands. Very easy to find and access by public transport. The value for money exceeded my expectations by far, the place was very clean with quality furniture, I even got a tv connected to Netflix in my room ! Spacious and clean private bathroom, nice AC, strong bed, plenty of storage space for my stuff! There is a shared kitchen that was kept clean and well equipped to prepare your own meals! The breakfast was delightful and generous! Powerful wifi connection! Super helpful and cheerful staff! The owner was particularly thoughful and welcoming!! The chilling areas outside are friendly, cozy and private at the same time! This place has all you need to enjoy a good experience in Paje! 100% recommended! This is where I stay every time I'm visiting Paje! Asante Sana Tamu House :)

Absolutely amazing place! Top location, in the heart of Paje, 5 min from the beach and restaurants! Very quiet, cozy, high quality ! Very clean, very big room and bathroom ! Beautiful garden , kind of jungle. You even can have espresso coffee, wich is rare in Paje! Highly recommended!

Very nice appartement, perfect location close to the beach and surrounded by local shops. The best restaurant of Pajé is 5 min walk. Very helpful host and friendly welcome. Mayssa helped us with our excursions around this beautiful Island for a reasonable price. We shure come back next year. Thank for giving us the best holiday ever

We enjoyed every moment in Zanzistar ☀️ all employees were so nice, helpful and supportive. We loved the area, people, food ... Simply everything. Peter helped us with tours, mainly organized by Kacho and his team. Kacho is great guide, highly recommended. If you wish to spend your vacation with locals and not many tourists, Jambiani is great place to go and enjoy the atmosphere of real Zanzibar ❤️ we THANK everyone in Zanzistar who made our holiday unforgotable!

The view is fantastic. Each room setting is unique, and attention to the traditional African style techniques is exquisite. Above all, THE PEOPLE!!!! They smiles will follow my memories for a very long time. the food, and the hospitality were all exceptional. A special mention goes to Hidaya, Stela our assistant for the few days we stayed. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, keeping us entertained and ensuring our stay was perfect.

    Great hostel ! Clean and tidy, great location next to Paje's round about, few minutes walking from the beach. The AC is working well inside the dorm. There is a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals !

    Everything! Great location, set back from the beach but easy access to restaurants, shops, street food, kitesurfing centres etc breakfast was served every morning (fresh fruit, eggs of choice, toast, smoothie, tea and coffee) - always with a smile! Rooms and communal areas were very clean. Lots of space to chill out! or work, if you wanted. This isn’t a party hotel, as in it is quiet in the evenings, but it is very social and great to meet people. The two owners are really helpful, social and great fun! Highly recommend!
