1. The host speaks English and is very helpful. He gave us a few tips on where to eat and what to see around. 2. The room is spacious and clean. The interior looks fresh. 3. The breakfast is included in the price. Everything was great. If I ever visit Chiang Rai again, I will definitely stay here.

Great accomodation for our family (2 adults+2 child). Host is very nice and helpful, room not too big but ok for us and 2 night stay. Wonderful breakfast, also for my two kids. They can lend you bycicle and umbrella if you need. Not in the centre but only 10 minutes far using grab VERY RECCOMENDED!

Everything - we loved our stay at Chian house. The vibe, the very quiet area, made us really feel relaxed. The kitchen is open basically always and the food is great, we had our meals there few times. They also help organising tours around Chiang Rai. Highly recommended!!!
