Great location, very central and right down the road from a Cenote. Rooms were very spacious and the staff were lovely.

The location was very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the ADO bus terminal. There is also a nice park nearby that seems to be the center of the town, with many restaurants around it. The colectivo stop for Chichén Itzá is also within walking distance. There was also a bank nearby, and I was able to withdraw cash from the ATM around 9 PM without any problem. Basically, most things are within a few minutes’ walk. I arrived at night, and the staff kindly told me that I could pay the next day, which was very helpful. The hostel has a kitchen and a water dispenser, which is very useful. I didn’t use it myself, but they can also help you book tours. The staff were very kind and always explained things clearly when I had questions.

It feels like being at home. Nice traditional Mexican house. Really clean 2 pools, one for kids and a big one! Super clean pools.The towels' bedding is really clean! The location is perfect, close to everything, centro restaurants, and grocery stores. It is quiet at night.

The location is very good, close to ADO station. The landlord is very nice. There is only me and another man in the room. The man keeps talking to me, but I can't understand him and he keeps talking to me. He even takes my shoes. Later, the landlord returned the rent to him and let him go. I am really grateful to the landlord.

Very nice place in perfect location. Room was spotless clean, there were nice common areas available (kitchen, terrace and swimming pool). We could park car inside and leave luggage prior to check in.

Absolutely fantastic staff!! We had a very thorough explanation on food and activities in the area upon check in. We had booked a room without AC and with a shared bathroom but given the heat we were upgraded at no cost when an AC room with private bathroom became available. We were also offered a free load of laundry as we were staying four nights. The accommodation is a short walk to the town square and a one minute walk to Cenote Zaci. The streets surrounding were well lit and we felt very comfortable walking around early in the morning and at night. The facilities are basic but clean and had everything required to prepare basic meals.

We loved our weekend at Villas Vallazoo. Beautiful grounds, room and pool. We ate several meals in the restaurant and all were delicious. All of the staff were very kind. It was so peaceful at night, and the fireflies were amazing! Our daughter (21 months) loved feeding the fish, turtles and birds, playing on the playgrounds, and just running around in nature.
