Great location, on a quiet street within easy walking distance of bus stops and Sliema and St. Julians. As other reviews have noted, it is on a bit of a hill, but Malta has quite many of those, so it's nothing that special. The single room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary things. Air conditioning was individual to the room and quite powerful. Great communication by the host. I arrived late in the evening but got excellent instructions on how to get my key.

Very good room with kitchen. Enough room space, big and comfortable bed. If a room for breakfast is crowded you can take meals with you. Very good cofee. If some fruits are left after breakfast you can take them during the day. Nice "roof" view on the last floor.

- The guest house is very well located, just above the Balluta Bay area of St Julian's with dozens of restaurants, bars and cafés at a stone's throw from you - Bus stop just below the hotel at Balluta beach with very convenient transport links to most other places in Malta - Facilities were clean and well-presented when I moved in - The room was very spacious - The common areas were also spacious, well-lit and well-appointed - Kitchen is really well-stocked, appliances a bit old but work perfectly! - I was sharing a bathroom with 1 more room but you do have the option of a private bathroom if you pay a bit extra - Relatively quiet area despite being very close to amenities - There's even an open air gym 15-20 mins away by the beach in Sliema if you'd like to keep fit during your stay
