This wasbest accomodation so far from all the months i ve stayed in Sri Lanka. Staff is extremely friendly and time to time i was thinking about “we people from europe, we are not really ready for that big kindness they can give to us”. Just the stay here, environment, staff, privacy and almost brand new facility is amazing combination of comfort and everything what you need. Highly recommended!

Water pressure was good, no blackouts, the owner is always near, they can easily cook you whatever you bring to them, as they have a kitchen on the first floor, the AC worked great, overall good experience, I would suggest it over the hotel. The breakfast is basic

Owner is very friendly. Gave us information on places to go, places to eat and how to arrive. Facilities in this accomodation are great which also includes pool and parking and location is perfect to be at the centre of everything. Owner was also very accomodationg to our requests. Excellent clean, fresh, large room with comfy bed and good shower (actually had a shower curtain, which made a nice change!). Large communal area with a two-ring burner, fridge and kitchen equipment, which was really handy for making breakfast. Train was noisy when it passed by, but we got used to it, and they don't seem to run at night. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Host was very friendly and we wish her well in her new venture.
