Guest Houses in Mokpo

Lovely Hanok. The single room is a small extension on the side, which was nice and cosy and opened on to the courtyard. Delicious hot filtered coffee and breakfast with fresh fruit in the morning. The host was incredibly helpful and responded to queries quickly. Was able to do a load of laundry here. A few common spaces to meet travellers. Quiet neighbourhood close to Yongsan and amidst the street art. Could not recommend more.

Location was perfect. ..close proximity to Yudalsan Mountain - walking tracks Walking track is opposite the Guesthouse. It's approximately 10minutes walk from Mokpo Station. The host was helpful, woke up early to organise a taxi for us to the Ferry Terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. Access to the kitchen was a bonus. It had a very homey feel. I would definitely choose to stay again at the Guesthouse.

Given the fact that it's a 8m2 room, it's as best as it could be : it's clean, well equipped, there is a kitchen for the guests to use, the host looked charming (although I saw her only very briefly).

Lovely quiet location. Friendly and helpful host. Very comfortable despite being basic. Felt very traditional which was what we wanted. Good location for Gohado Island cable car.

It was quiet and I don't think many other guests stayed at the guesthouse. Everything was on one floor an the common area was spacious and slick and tidy. The kitchen area and the table looked quite appealing. Room, bed, shower, bathroom all (worked first of all, but also) were cozy and clean. And it had a good atmosphere in my opnion. All that for a reasonable price and I am just all arround content.

Everything. Great host who treated us like family.. Very comfortable and clean guesthouse with a lot of character and very well located to shops, train station and various attractions in Mokpo.

The hosts are super friendly and we were even able to check in two hours earlier. The kitchen is amazing and by far the best we had on our trip around the world so far. You have everything you need and everything is very tidy and clean. You also can buy some cup noodles and rice for the microwave for very cheap prices. I think, even cheaper than at the store. The room is very spacious and had very big windows and a nice indirect light in the ceiling. So you don’t feel like looking in the sun like in almost all the other guesthouses :)
