Traditional japanese house with tea room. It was super comfortable and clean and we enjoyed so much our stay that we regretted staying for only one night. Highly recommended.

Everything was just amazing. The accomodation, the host and the island. Would recommend everybody to at least spend a night here!!

A really nice place with a home feel in Honmura - the old city in Naoshima. Walking distance to the art houses, great restaurants and sights.

Friendly staff who offered us every support concerning the island including how to access museums and helping us make restaurant bookings. An excellent position close to transport, restaurants and the information centre.

Located just less than 1 km from Hachiman Shrine, Episode1 features accommodation in Naoshima with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as luggage storage space.

It was situated in a quaint fishing village between the Art House project and the Benesse house museum with both areas easily accessible by the public bus which stopped across the road from Episode 1. They are self contained cabins with a kitchen, if you want to cook, but there are three places to eat less than 50 metres away. We thought it was excellent value.

La Curación offers accommodation in Naoshima. Takamatsu is 13 km away. The property is approximately a 10-minute walk from Gotanji Beach. Free WiFi is provided in all guest rooms.

Complex of 3 small apartments behind host’s house. Host very helpful and available. Bit of English. bus from port arrives near apartment. Free use of bikes . Patio table . Washer and dryer in each apartment. No breakfast and no grocer nearby so plan food shopping one day in advance. Intend to return for longer stay.

Quiet and clean place. The owners, who were extremely kind, comes everyday to clean and collect payments in cash. Great value for money.

Set in Tamano, Kominkayado Gon is a recently renovated accommodation, 24 km from Mizushima Ryokuchi Fukuda Park and 26 km from Tanematsuyama Park.

A traditional house (tatami rooms) with all amenities. It gives you an experience of staying in a 'real' Japanese house. Spacious. Very kind staff person. All amenities (washer, full kitchen). We were lucky the other room in the house wasn't taken, so we had the (shared) kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to ourselves.
