Room is spacious (bigger than looks like in the pictures) and tastefully decorated in a relatively new building for Goa. The host has been very nice to us, I was very sick the last day and extended our checkout times by 4 hours without charge. Big bathroom with hot shower. Recommend it!

This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.
