Chrisis was the best host ever! 🩷 She was so welcoming and sweet, she made sure everything was ok with my stay. The Pension's location is the best. The room was very comfortable and felt so natural as you can see beautiful flowers and trees. It had everything I needed, even a mosquito repeller liquid :) If you ever hear a creepy noise it is probably a cat visiting you! 😸

Samaina is not one of the soulless, huge, all inclusive hotels, but a cute villa with a great, cozy vibe. It is perfectly located in the heart of Phytagorio, just a couple of minutes walk from port, main street, shops, restaurants, castle and (our favourite) Phytagorio beach. You can easily hike to other local attractions such as tunnel and monastery. The rooms are equipped with everything one might need during holidays and they are exceptionally clean. We stayed at the room with terrace and the sea view is just beautiful - the terrace is a great spot to chill in the mornings and evenings. The owners are very very kind people and they are happy to advise on best restaurants and answer other questions about the island. The street where the hotel is located is silent at night - no loud noises or other disruptions (we stayed at Samos in an early October).

In our opinion, it may be the best place to stay in Samos. You will not be able to get enough of the beauty of the location and harmony. I wish we had time so we could spend more time at home. The host is one of the friendliest and sweetest people I have ever seen in my life. The name Marilyn will have a very important place in our lives.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. We’re so glad we chose this place — Karin and Niko were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. A small very nice pension at the best location of Ireon run by the nicest host Marialena and her adorable mother. We stayed in a very clean room with comfortable bed and views over the sea and town square. We also had delicious breakfast and small dishes at their little restaurant, cooked by Marialenas mother, and sat down at the coziest outdoor seating just outside the pension on the square. The beach is just a couple of minutes away and there is a supermarket in the building next to the pension. Samos airport is located not more than 10 minutes away. Ireon is a small, quiet town but still has a lot of tavernas and bars. We plan to go back very soon. Thank you again Marialena for making us feel really welcome!
