We had a great stay in Lighthouse. Zaza is a great host and he was the first person who we met in Georgia. Our flight arrived midnight and Zaza was there to meet is and drove to his guesthouse. When he understood that I want to get some lari, he stopped in the city center and helped me change money in the best exchange office. After we were set in the room, Zaza offered his Chacha for welcome :) The guesthouse room was great for family of 4, comfy beds, calm area, 10-15 minutes by foot walk to the city center. Zaza's family is very welcoming, his wife was doing nice breakfast for us, his son was helping parking the car. Our children adored their dog, and it was very difficult for them to leave Zaza's place. Basically we felt like coming to visit old friends - and this is exactly what we were looking for in Georgia! Thank you very much Zaza for this great experience!

1. everything is new and clean. Sufficiently spacious rooms, private bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, soap, 2 towels. 2. In the rooms there are air conditioning, soft bed linen, very comfortable mattress. 3. Landlord! Here we felt and enjoyed the real Georgian hospitality! Polite, intelligent, careful, helpful, willing to communicate, also offers food +offers his car transport services! He also speaks Russian. 4. In the kitchen, all the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and everything is very neat and clean, it's nice to be in such an environment! 5. A large yard area with a garden, a gazebo, where you can simply relax and grill meat. 6. Very good location - close to the city center, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, at the same time very quiet and peaceful at night!

The staff (young man) is friendly and can speak engish. The rooms are on upstairs and owner living downstairs. It has a balcony with a fantastic view. There are refrigerator, electrical kettle, AC in the room. They have laundry services starting from 15 lari. You can park your car in the street. The breakfast was 15 lari per person, we did not try. The toilet has water hose.

The hostel is located in a quiet area. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained and looked just like the pictures. All the amenities and items that were described on the website were in the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and answered all our questions. If I were to return to Kutaisi I would definitely choose to stay here. I would definitely recommend the place.

We loved our room with its river view and view of bagrati cathedral and across the town. The room was a good size with a large bathroom and a bath. Great to have a small kitchen also.Wash machine is down the hallway and very handy. Excellent quality of cleaning with good quality sheets and towels. When back in kutaisi we will try to book.

Everything was perfect. Marina was very helpful in what we needed. The hospitality at the elegant hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable! We arrived at 4.00 am and we had the possibility to do check in. The neighbour is peaceful and beautiful!
