We spent 5 days at the Thames Edge Rooms in June. The room is very cozy and stylishly furnished. We occasionally used the gazebo in the garden for breakfast or for a glass of wine in the evening. You can enjoy the peace and quiet on the sun loungers on the banks of the Thames. We found Tim and Anni to be very friendly and helpful hosts. This location is particularly suitable for fans of the Midsomer Murders (Inspector Barnaby) and Agatha Christie. We really enjoyed our time there.

Located in Reading, 29 km from Newbury Racecourse and 32 km from University of Oxford, Chambers Place offers air conditioning.

Continental breakfast provided - toast, cereal, fruit juice and fresh fruit. Kitchenette facilities - toaster, microwave and kettle - absolutely fine for a short break and lots of information provided on local places to get a meal. Great location especially separate twin bedroom for the kids. LOADS of games for the kids to play with including a little play area in the corner of the twin bedroom

Roseland is an excellent B&B. Friendly, clean, comfy, competent. There was no mention of breakfast in the booking but we were pleasantly surprised that an ample comtinental breakfast was there for us. Jolly good pastries, too!

nice and cozy place, clean and comfortable. It's a one bedroom with a small dinning room and kitchen. It's convenient to cook meals with stoves. It is on the first floor, friendly to big luggage. It's all your own place when close the door. Don't need to share bathroom. Erlinda is very nice, helps lot. It is about 20min to drive here from town center.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, at the heart of Oxford, couldn't be more central. Very clean and staff was very helpful and nice. Shower is excellent. There is central heating and also an excellent portable heater.

Located 700 metres from Oxford's historical city centre, Newton House offers accommodation with full fibre WiFi access throughout and limited on-site parking (first come first served).

The warm greeting by the manager made me immediately feel at home although I arrived after his off hours and he stayed to greet me. We started a conversation that was quite amusing and highly entertaining. And I must say that meeting him was the highlight of my stay at Newton House. I hope you are fortunate enough to share a cup of pressed coffee and baked goods although it is not automatically included. Just a warm-hearted gesture from my lovey host. And yes, the bed was most comfortable and the room quite cozy! It was either a nice walk to town which I did on several occasions or the bus stop is right in front. It was a fantastic choice for my stay in Oxford. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
