We stayed in the annex which was quiet and cozy with everything we needed from entertainment - TV and Netflix - and a coffee machine and kettle. The location was great for visiting Warwick University. Breakfast was delivered to our door and was fresh and generous. Our hosts were very helpful and flexible.

The owner was absolutely amazing in helping out all throughout the booking and the stay. My sister came over for my graduation, and when he couldn't find her a taxi to the University of Warwick, he was kind enough to drive her there himself. Could not be more grateful! Also, the food was very good, everything was clean and had an overall welcoming atmosphere (I particularly noticed the chic living room on the ground floor. Would totally recommend!

It was really clean and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful!! I really liked the shower. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was really clean too.
