I had five lovely days at the Victoria. The room is very cozy, with every amenity I needed. The big window overlooks the church cemetery, and I found the scenery peaceful and calming. The landlords of the Inn are warm and kind. I dined at the inn (pub downstairs) too and loved the food. I loved coming down the stairs before bed and having a half pint of mulled cider! Everyone I met at the Inn was friendly. I felt home.

From start to finish our visit was amazing. Rina and Ian are lovely hosts who are both incredibly hard working. The property is well kept from inside and out with a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door to when you leave. All the food is also amazing and sourced locally which is an added extra bonus for me. Thank you Rina and Ian once again.

The Inn is located in one of the most remote parts of the Yorkshire Dales. It is very authentic and you can feel the old days are stille there. While being there, they were filming for All creatures great and small. We loved this. The food is very nice and the host is very friendly.
