Gian was extremely accommodating, despite us completely missing the check in time. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage and a safe. The flat overall was also comfortable and airy, though we didn't end up taking advantage of this much. And of course, the host went to heroic levels of effort to ensure we had a great stay - he really saved our whole trip. Also, lovely cat. 💜

Very good location. Centralised. Walking distance to Lugano train station, lake, many restaurants and cafés. Coop supermarket is just besides the hotel. Simple double bed room but comfortable, except that the pillow is too soft....like sleeping flat on the bed. Otherwise will be perfect! Her staff, Sara is very helpful and friendly. She would give us good tips and information whenever we asked. Recommended! 👍👍❤️

Everything was amazing. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.
