Everything was good, personnel staff especially. I arrived rather late, around 6 p.m. and the owner came and open, I was the only guest. Although they had no cook so late and no store nearby to buy something, the wife's owner came and fixed me some dinner. The next morning's breakfast was also beyond average expectations. Great experience, for which I'm grateful.

Such an amazingly clean hotel in the center of Sokolov. The customer experience was brilliant! We had to lengthen out stay and the team handled it on the best possible way to leave us at our old room, despite the hotel was overbooked. The ladies at reception are just great! The wellness area is great, there are 4 different types of sauna including a hammam. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and the other swimming pools were also great. There is a pillow menu so you could order a scented pillow (pine, lavender for example) which help for better sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a half board stay. The breakfast was very good and so the diner.
