Super friendly and helpful staff. Quite location with an easy access to dining and entertainment. Free taxi from the train station (and it is actually a walking distance from the station anyway). Quick access to two of the ski areas (did not have a chance to test the access to the Glacier ski area due to weather conditions).

The hotel has the best location: 5 mins walk from the main train station, 3 mins walk to the valley station Sunnegga-Rothorn. All the ski busses stop just a few meters away from the hotel. Simply perfect! Not to forget, after skiing we could relax at the pool and the saunas… and woke up overlooking Matterhorn! What else could you wish for. And this for a great price in comparison to other stays in Zermatt. Needless to say, Gabriel who received us and was always there at the hotel is just the kindest person. Him and the whole staff are super kind and helpful…

The excellent hotel in Zermatt! We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and told in detail about the hotel, available services, and different activities in Zermatt. The location is perfect, it's not far away from the city center but also away from the crowds. The staff is amiable, it was a pleasure to meet such people! The room was great and cozy and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend booking a room with a Matterhorn view and a balcony, it's definitely worth it! We also enjoyed a various and delicious breakfast with fried eggs, bacon, croissants, cheese, coffee, fresh orange juice and etc. By the way, there is a SPA in the hotel, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it. So, I would also recommend taking biking with you :)
