The proprietor welcomed me warmly in English (he is U.S.-educated) and suggested that I canoe to dinner at the restaurant across the lake. What a treat! He also showed me a much better bike route to the ferry. My apartment was large, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including bike storage. Don't miss this magical stop!

The little bungalow I got offered (even though I only booked for a tent pitch) was very cosy, with comfortable bed and nice terrace. The food offered at the location was very tasty and reminded me of my granny’s meals. Also, the seating area by the little stream passing through the property is very relaxing and great to spend time there - just chilling and listening to the birds around..
