This tent offers a pool with a view. The tent provides a private entrance, a seating area, a terrace with sea views as well as a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The unit offers 2 beds. First, I would like to say the staff, especially Malou, Gretchen, Ian, Drexel, and Loretto, were really great. They took good care of us there. We were a party of 16 people with 6 kids ages 15 and down. The staff is very, very accommodating and very nice. I am very grateful for that. Also the food is very delicious. Between the staff and the food, those are the resorts' best strength. Now, the reason for my 4 stars for the room is pretty much because the things that could have been done to just keep a better maintenance would add up to the experience. The water shower heater keeps dying, maybe because the place itself probably can't handle too many people at one time. The resort only has 10 rooms. We took about 5 on our stay. Maybe the owners or management can try and fix that, especially if they want to have more people going there. The rooms are also very small, really perfect for just 2 people, two tiny people to be comfortable. Also, the bathroom is too big and could have been cut down to give more room for the bedroom itself. Also, the main dining room can benefit from a few ceiling fans for the bugs and mosquitoes. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay at Bintana. Thank you to all the people there who took great care of us.
