Unique property, really warm and cosy. Rick the owner is very friendly and looked after us very well. The yurt had everything you would need and the bathroom outside was warm and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delivered to our door at exactly the time we asked and it was amazing, fresh eggs from the owners chickens, warm bread and much more! it was definitely one of our favourite stays in Iceland! Rick gave us very clear directions so it was very easy to find.

The dome was gorgeous. The property owner was responsive to my messages. We've got everything we needed there. It was clean, tidy, cozy and romantic. The toilet was neat too. The kitchenwares and furnitures were elegant. Parking space available just steps away from the dome. Of course I have to mention the place is Instagrammable ♥️. It even exceeded our expectations. I would love to book again in the future esp. during aurora borealis season. Worth every cent!

A magical experience of sleeping under the stars and viewing the Northern Lights from our beds. It was -8 deg C overnight but with sensible clothing (we slept in thermals) and with the electric heated underblankets we were lovely and warm for what was an unforgettable experience!

Great camping (or rather glamping) experience. If you have never tried camping (like us), this is the best way to to it. It's camping with all the comfort you can imagine. Best overnight accomodation! Wish we would have booked a 2nd night. We will come back!

The owner and staff were very lovely, and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and clean, with a lot of (new) kitchenware, and we found it a lovely touch they put some cookies, tea and coffee out. The bathrooms were clean and big, and the rooms were large too. When we arrived it looked like a bit of a deserted large building, but we found out it was an old school, so this was actually very cool, there's even a sports hall in it! And because the area is further out of town it's nice and dark, and this helped our luck to top off our stay with a little northern lights show :)

We had a wonderful stay at this unique dome house. The place is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by nature, with adorable horses nearby that made the atmosphere even more special. The host was very welcoming, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The dome itself was cozy and relaxing, and at night we could enjoy the sky and even a few stars through the clear panels (no aurora during this season, but it must be magical when it appears!). Inside, the accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, sink, plates, cutlery, and more. It was the perfect combination of comfort and nature, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Iceland.

We really loved our stay. The attention to details was incredible. Usually when the breakfast is offered, it can be quite disappointing but the breakfast here was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the host was friendly and the experience was truly one of a kind. We also enjoyed the location as it is very close the the golden circle attractions. I would love to come back and watch the aurora borealis through the yurt's ceiling.
