The night manager, Pedro, was wonderful! He helped us with an issue with booking the wrong hotel after being left by the taxi at this hotel, like we insisted. This was the hotel we had thought we were booked at not the other Holiday Inn Express in Silao. Still not sure how that happened as we wanted the to be close to the airport. We were very impressed with the breakfast on both of our stays. It was very good and a lot of choices!! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet which we really appreciated. The staff was very helpful and their shuttle picked us up from the airport and let us check in right at 3:00.

Well-equipped, comfortable suites, good breakfast, gym, pool and very useful to have washer/dryers available. The staff were great (which included the cleaning, parking, restaurant and reception staff) and we were allowed an early check-in (thank you!). What we hadn't realised until we arrived, was that there was a "Happy Hour" where complimentary food and beverages were provided. I've already recommended Staybridge to other people and would happily stay there again!
