Breakfas was excellent every morning! Good variety and freshly prepared to order. We loved Anthony, Kenneth and Omar! House keeping was efficient usually done while at breakfast. Front desk was helpful.

Sheryl's place is special. You'll be surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and a pool with a swim-up bar, and its affordable as well! On a gentle sloping hill with peekaboo views of the ocean, and Sheryl makes a great Piña Colada from scratch right in front of you! Not 'touristy' and built for a longer stay/ex-pat style. That blue door just compelled me to book Puerta Azul & it was even better than I could have imagined. The location, the team, the food, that dock, those hammocks!..we loved everything. We rented a car for 2 days as we love to explore independently. However a taxi is so easy to take from place to place and are very plentiful and reasonably priced
